JOHNATHON TUCKER
PA-C
Meet Johnathon Tucker, a Physician Associate here at MyNDSpace®. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). While studying here, he fell in love with the Charleston area and decided to make it his new home.
During his attendance at MUSC, Johnathon completed additional psychiatry and pediatric rotations due to his passion for these two fields of medicine. Johnathon is most passionate about working with children, as he has learned that prioritizing one’s mental health in their early years will lead them to develop healthy skills/tools to carry with them throughout their lives. He has never lost his connection to his inner child and has been able to utilize this in his pediatric appointments, making patients feel more open and at ease.
Outside of work, Johnathon is an avid movie watcher who enjoys going to the movies as a form of stress relief. When not at the movies, you can catch him being a proud nerd, reading medical science journals and comic books outside on a nice day. He also enjoys cooking new dishes, jamming to 90’s and 2000’s hits, and volunteering.
