Kid and Caregiver Yoga for Anxiety

This class is for one kiddo and one caregiver or parent. You both will be doing yoga together, so come ready to move! There will be yoga asana (poses and flow) practice, pranayama (breathwork), and guided meditation with journaling. You will learn: - Breathing exercises for when you feel overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. - How to use yoga postures to feel strong and confident or calm and settled - Guided Meditation Techniques that help release tension in your body and learn how your subconscious mind works - How to listen to your kiddo, and guide them through navigating what is in their subconscious I'll provide something to write on and with. However, if you're interested in starting a journal with your kid, this would be a GREAT place to start and you can bring your own journal! *If you or your child have any physical limitations or need a chair, please let me know ahead of time, so that I can make sure you have the best experience for your body! I have chairs, yoga props, etc. I can find a shape that is just right for what YOU are working with.
