Usually practiced in a warm or hot room. These classes help build resilience and simulate the completion of the stress cycle. They build mental and physical strength while using poses, breathwork, bouncing, rocking and leaping. These classes help people see that they are completely capable of doing hard things and have things to work towards. This is a great class for burning off stress and to wear out people who have a tough time slowing down so that they can (finally!) relax at the end of class.
